The team here at Dada Ono are committed to delivering the highest quality of original artwork, unique reproductions and print editions available. To ensure the highest standard and most sought after artwork, we work with artists located across the globe. All artworks are proofed, signed and numbered by the artists prior to dispatch. With our artists' busy schedules and international shipping times taken into consideration, shipping can sometimes take a little longer than expected.

Estimated delivery times may take 1-2 weeks for domestic orders, and 2-3 weeks for international orders.

You will receive a confirmation email when your item has been shipped.

Items in COMBINED ORDERS may be shipped on different dates. We will do our best to notify you if your order is arriving separately.

The Dada Ono team take the utmost care with each and every order placed to ensure your artwork arrives to you in mint condition. All print orders will be rolled in tissue paper and delivered in a postage tube via regular airmail unless stated otherwise.

PLEASE NOTE: If you would like additional postage security such as insurance via Express Courier International please contact us and we can organise that for you at an additional fee. Lost and/or damaged items are very rare, and whilst all care and assistance is offered by Dada Ono - we cannot take any liability for items once in transit.
Return Policy
Returns will only be accepted on products that are damaged on arrival. If you receive a damaged product you must immediately notify Dada Ono via email and return it or your refund request may not be accepted.

For your own personal reference, we suggest you take photos of any damaged artwork. Artworks must be returned packaged in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via registered post and that you prepay all postage. You as the buyer assume any risk of lost, stolen or damaged goods during transit. We advise you use registered post and take out insurance with your shipping or postal carrier. Dada Ono will not be responsible for artwork lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure the item.

Once your damaged item has been received by Dada Ono, your refund will be processed back into your nominated account within 5 business days. You will be notified via email when this credit has taken place to the address provided. For any additional questions please contact us at info@dadaono.com
